Healthcare recruiters often spend seconds scanning a resume. This means you need to catch their interest within the first couple paragraphs or you might not make it to the interview round. Read on to learn about landing healthcare administration jobs by refreshing your resume.

Preparing to write your resume. Before revamping your resume, make a list of your most impressive accomplishments. When creating this list, think about items that will set you apart from others.

Incorporate your accomplishments into the first 1-2 paragraphs of your resume. The easiest way to do this is by creating a summary section. This will catch the recruiter’s attention and draw them into the rest of your resume.

Eliminate any task-related language. This language includes sentences that begin with “responsibilities include…” Instead, focus on accomplishments you’ve achieved; for example, processes or tactics you’ve implemented that made an impact on the organization.
